With the standard uk silencers, they were only 116bhp at the rear wheel, with derestricted silencers, close to 130 bhp. With good full system free flow air filter (pipercross v.good with airbox, or dual pods)and jetted to suit - a good one can be around 140rwbhp (dyna coils for a strong spark are worthwhile, as are ignition advancers). Have gone this route with mine and it's much stronger everywhere now, very decent torque - plus lighter

Mine pulled 131 rwbhp when first built with a dinky silencer, carbs thrown on and a 500mile tight 1216 kit, she's nearly on 2k miles now, full length 'power cone' exhaust and carbs sortrd and pulls completely different, soon to be back on the rolling road!

mine makes 128bhp with a road legal micron zorst system, k&N filter and i think a stage one carb kit
