A question for gs 750 owners who have upgraded swingarms , what have you done with swingarm spindle bored the frame to get 20mm spindle in or just sleved the original

A question for gs 750 owners who have upgraded swingarms , what have you done with swingarm spindle bored the frame to get 20mm spindle in or just sleved the original when i did a 7-10 for USB many moons ago i built the long leg to take the 750 spindle .... unless your going to be making mega beans i don't see any reason IMHO not to sleeve / bush the arm your fitting which is from a ?

Tried to bore the frame once many years ago and wouldn't advise it unless your properly tooled and jigged up , agree with above about bushes. Slabby is same spindle size but the arm needs a few mil off each side

Many thanks for your replies duckndive & gsx 15mm gs750e spindle size . I dont have a spindle so was wondering what my options were , I am going to be using a gsx1400 swingarm 25mm spindle size , I have just been test fitting I want to keep the rear pillion pegs and loops on the frame , so have been warming them up with map gas plumbers torch and using even pressure . I have now got the clearence I require I will look out for a gs swingarm spindle and have top hat spacers done Its having a std mk1 bandit low milage engine . and few nice bits on it .

I made some top hats to sit in the arm to sleeve it down
