Hi I've got a mk1 1200 bandit and just bought a set of gsxr 1100 usd forks of a nice chap on here and I May need a stepped top yoke and believe some people on here make them can anyone help

you don't need a stepped top yoke for 1100 forks on b1200, they are the same length and the clearance between the cooler and mudguard is fine, ive had 4 1200's with 1100 usds, andn never had a problem, if you use late k forks you do, and for some people of a larger size you might fi you use 750 slingshot forks as they are 25mm sorter, and I had to make a stepped yoke for mine as I fitted an aftermarket cooler and the mudguard was touching under extreme braking on a race track, otherwise they are fine..

Ive done it a couple of times now, nice and cheap, cost £20 plus cake to bribe our works welder

I think they are 09/10 yolks there away at the mo getting a kat stem fitted

This maybe a silly question can you still retain the steering lock and ignition when fitting usd forks on a b12? I'm guessing if you go 1100 forks and yokes u can but anything else you can't?
