Remove the exhaust system and then remove the cradle. Get an old duvet or a few pillows and position them on the floor so when you put bike on its right hand side, the engine will be protected. Remove the remaining engine bolts. Tilt frame slightly to clear the engine from its mounts and lift frame away from engine. It may help if you remove the top breather cover from the rocker cover for extra clearance prior to lifting off the frame. That's about it, not much to it really.

You can loosen all the bolts & remove the nuts from the longer mounts & leave the removable cradle attached until its on its side (presuming all the bolts are through the right way) you can then lift away the cradle remove the remaining bolts & away you go as above Just remember to remove completely the rubber front mount & mid mount (if there is one) on the side that's going to be against the floor & check the earth from the frame to engine is off before you strain a knacker old fella

When I striped my bike I undone them all, layed it it on a tyre, then pulled out the bolts, removed the plates then lifted the frame off and done the reverse to fir it. However with the bike built I just lifted the fooker out coz I'm hard lol. But my frame is one piece (unless you buy one from Dave)

Undo them first and tap the spindles through till they are flush, then you should be able to grip them and pull out when it's on it's side.

Take off the cradle completely. The engine won't just fall out. Loosen the 2 rear bolts, the mid left bolt, and the front left engine bolt. Then drop the bike over on its right side. No faffing around trying to pull the cradle off with the bike lying on it. Easy-peasy.
