Managed to get hold of a APE big block . Will need a rebore but in mint condition . Job for winter 2015 , big block , corrillo rods and refresh . Now got everything to run the new inlet manifold . Manifold fitted and part of the boost pipe has been welded up . New dump valve arrived .

Pic of the manifold fitted . Hopefully will be able to pick up the boost pipe from my welder mate and get the compressor housing off the turbo this week . Pic of the block

Compressor housing finally removed . Had to grind up the end of an old set of long nose locking pliers and was still a pain to get the circlip out . Ready to go to the welders monday . The 2 small m5 bolts in the side are in there just to hold it in position while its welded .

ohhh, wiggins connectors! Yes Chris , i hate using jubilee clips and bits of silicon hose . I purchased 2 complete kits for the boost pipe and they were expensive . Next time im going to just buy the outer clamp and turn up the 2 middle sections now i know how everything fits together .

Turbo compressor housing dropped off at the welders today , picked up the first part of the boost pipe , cant cut and measure any more until the turbo is all back together .

Hopefully once all fitted up the pipe will run on the same line as the fins on the barrel . Going to be a few more trips back and forth to the welders before the pipe is finished but not planning on using the bike till April next year .

No 2 cylinder was subject to a piston melt down due too much laughing gas and has left a mark hopefully the rebore will remove the mark if not new liners will help the quest for 300 hp . Engine strip down end of 2015 .
