Got a set of gk76a USDs to chuck in the 6/12, I remember someone on the facebook page saying they had put some into their gsxr, Just wondering what internal mods/springs/spacers/what weight oil they needed to get set up for the weight? tbh the stock teapot forks arent all that terrible, however having a set of USDs in the shed isnt as good as having them sat in the bike. Cheers John

I'm sure I remember someone using some in one of the articles in Practical Sports bikes. I'll have a look and see if I can find anything.

I had a set in my 750 slabby, before I got hold of 750WP ones. Got them set up by KAIS, pretty sure it was just heavier springs (85kg?) and a full service. They were a mahoosive improvement on standard.
