Changing Front Master Cylinder

One of my Katana's has flat bars, but the original Front Brake Master Cylinder, which is designed to go on the clip-ons isn't right. The reservoir looks a bit daft as it sits at an angle and it has a slight weep so could do with changing.

Thinking of going for this one or similar (off a GSXR1000). Can anyone see any problems I would have changing over?

I have that set up on my gs without any problems, main thing is the m cylinder is up to the job bore wise but as yours is coming from a thou you should have no issues
