Macmcmacmac posted this in oilcooled, usefull info.
From the GSX1100 (Oil Cooled 1100 Katana) service manual:
Cam height STANDARD LIMIT
IN:33.878 33.918 ( 1.3338-1.3354 ) 33.580 ( 1.3220 )
EX:33.533 33.573 ( 1.3202-1.3218) 33.240 ( 1.3087 )
Considering the "G" exhaust cam is so close, maybe it's a GSX1100 exhaust cam. It would not be stamped "B" because it's not a slingshot item.
From the GSXR750 Service Manual:
1988 Model Year:
IN: 33.878-33.918 (1.3328-1.3353) 33.580(1.3220)
EX: 33.533-33.573 (1.3202-1.3218) 33.240 (1.3087)
1989 Model Year: GSX-R750K

1989 Model Year: GSX-R750-RK Special edition, only 500 bikes made, longer stroke
IN: 33.876-33.976 (1.3337-1.3361) 33.580 (1.3220)

1990 Model Year: GSX-R750L

1989-1990 GSXR-1100 cams measure the same as the 1988 750 cams according to the service manual.
So it looks like cams from the 88-89 750, 89-90 1100 and the GSX1100 are all the same (for height if not timing or duration). At least the "B" marking lets you know what it is right off. No idea what letters might be on the other camshafts.
GSX1100G

According to the Haynes manual I downloaded, the intake cams stamped "N" seem to be within the limits for a 1200 Bandit.
