Unbelievable, but I'm still doing some things on this project. Welded a bung for the oxygen sensor into the header. Curious material that headers are?!?!? Hope to get everything done this winter.

Grabbed a oldschool fairing that fits the twin headlight! Have to machine some brackets. Looks nice to me.

Keep up the good build! I like the height of the fairing. Seems oldschool to me. Headlights are MOKO aftermarket ones, original the lights from slabby, but with special cases. Not available anymore, with a lot of luck, you can get a set on the bay.

Did some work on the exhaust yesterday. Left side finished putting parts together. Would like to add a disconnecting point somewhere. It now goes on in front of the oil pan, then a last 90° elbow, and after that straight on to the exhaust can on the right side. I fear that the complete piping is too much load on the charger, therefore I think about the disconnecting point and maybe fasten the piping to the frame using some springs. Will have to think about this. To be continued.......

I hade several cracks in my mr turbo draw thru header for my suzuki bandit a few years ago, I called and spoke to terry kizer the owner of mr turbo. He told me my header was mild steel. I never did fix the old header, i built a blow thru and sold the mr turbo kit. I hope this help.

Finished the exhaust last weekend. Would like to add a mounting on the right side, to decouple the load of the exhaust piping from the charger. Question for all the other draw-thru-drivers: Is it necessary to get the load away from the charger? Better to add a flexible stainless steel hose in the downpipe? Any suggestions? Thanks

Never used a full system so can't comment in that respect but I used to hang the turbo from the frame over just to avoid hanging the turbo off the plenum connection. With that and the header connection, it was plenty rigid. One thing I will say is draw through installs don't seem to tolerate full ex. systems too well and the hp output is lacking due to the backpressure.
