Cheers, Ash!
Alex, ot´s first one with manuell fast idle. The 600 ones I build into the Moloch, but don´t know if it gives some benefits to lower rpm. It feels well, but changed to much at this time I swapped the TBs.

It´s also manuel fast idle. I think 600 are from K-K3 all the same.

This time I bought a cover with a cam sensor flange. Just had to drill and make a thread: modified VW sensor with a selfmade bracket:

How will mount the pin on the camshaft?

How will mount the pin on the camshaft? Thats the easy bit - drill 6mm deep hole, tap for M6 steel screw, cut to length - job done...................well thats how I did it. The OP is spoilt having a ready made sensor mount on the cover - that was harder to arrange on an oil boiler cover!

on the water model you enough space to make a thread at the end / side of the cam shaft. So you can make a small rotor, so you can shange the time if necessary (may be when changing cam timing). I already made this on the Moloch (my GSXR bi turbo).

Nice work, where did you manage to find the cover with the sensor flange?

This cover is mounted on GSXR 750 94-95 and 1100 95-98 On top of that it made of magnesium, it is very light weight.
