finally got the dyno print out pic, not a expert so if any one can give me pointers would be great, im guessing the huge dip around 3/4k is the carbs being funny beggers,

Looking at that bottom graph its going mega rich at 3/4 k . Rest of the graph looks ok .

yeah he said thats my carbs playing up, just thought it should be pulling more brake than 118 at the wheel?

Yeah i would have thought a bit more than that . My 1246 bandit 12 motor was near 140 on the stock 36mm carbs . Maybe the engine is still a bit tight , i never ran mine in properly , the first time i rode it after rebuild i just let it warm up gently then thrashed it to the red line after that .

yeah he said now its done about a 1000 miles i need to start giving it some stick to loosen her up, he also said stick a longer end can to free a bit more up, sound right?

Well she bites back,,, again Went out for a good ride with the lads, 3 hours ran spot on Parked up had a brew, went les than 100 yards up the road, huge smoke cloud, oil cooler burst! So ditched the in a kind ladys garden and spent the day as pillion home :(so ordered up a setrab extra wide cooler, new oil, filter, so hope full won't be off road to long, just as I payed Mr tax man some more beer tokens to use his so called roads!

Not yet still waiting on Mr upperton, she still pulls like a train even with duff carbs, also realised I've put 14/45 sprockets on, might explain why she pulls over the national speed limit in 1st lol As you say any luck is luck in one way or another, but hey bigger is better right (cooler anyway )

lovely lovely. I've only got another month of being able to ride my bike till next summer now as i'm away for 6 months on the 7th October. Gona give me the chance to save for some tasty parts. I do want a set of tasty carbs and a motogadget speedo.

cheers lads, well got the clutch back together, just waiting on torque's sending the correct adapter for the setrab, 3rd time lucky, i hope?! then off to B&Q later as a little birdie tells me they now down alloy angle
