I got the tank finished. It´s far from perfect, but it´s more go than show bike so there can be some surface imperfections. These imperfections can be sanded off, but then the strength of the material suffers. In any case, I'm fairly happy with the result:

Thanks for your comments! I have spare EFE cylinder head which will replace the current cylinder head. It comes to get 1mm bigger valves. The valve seats were bored 1mm bigger a few months ago and today I ported the ports to match to the bigger seats. Next I need to take the cylinder head back to the machine shop for full radius seat job.

I bought a set of SV1000 brake discs. Front discs are direct replacement for the old ones, but the rear disc was lot smaller than EFE´s original. So I made new caliber bracket:

Someone in germany sells a GSX head (damaged) with 34/30mm valves he said. Is this possible on this head? IT´s possible with big modifications ie. moving intake seats & guides, etc.

where does the oil feed from on your top end oiler? ive been thinking about doing something similar but running it from the oil pressure sender unit housing Oil feed is taken in the clutch end of the oil gallery. Oil bores to the cylinder head in the engine block are plugged and so are the bores to the rocker shafts & camshafts in the cylinder head. There´s no pressurized oil in the cylinder block & head gasket area.
