I get my "spare" cylinder head from machine shop today. Intake & exhaust ports need minor fine tune porting after full radius seat job. After porting job I blocked oil bores to rockers. I made M8 threads in the bores and blocked them with stop screws with thread sealer.

Today I took the engine out of frame, put it in pieces, cleaned parts, blocked oil holes for the top end in the engine block and inspected crankshaft. I did not found anything wrong in the crankshaft which would be caused that clanking noise. It need to put in pieces to find whats wrong. So while i get the other crankshaft from the specialist i take this one to him. Old oil burner on the table:

Thanks for your comments!
Today I get bike ready for first start. Just had no time to go buy fuel (E85) and tomorrow morning I need to back to work.

Get the bike started first time with E85. It started quite easy. Video clip after first start with untuned, 40% raised gasoline map:

After two days of testing & tuning I get the fuel map good enough. With E85 fuel it runs smoother and when opening throttle more there seems to be more power than last year. More power is probably due to the new cylinder head. I´m pretty happy with the result. Now I need to take it to dyno before something happens...

Today I rode about 160 km roadtrip to calculate the fuel consumption. First 20 and last 40 km`s was motorway and there my speed was 130 km/h . Fuel consumption was 8.5 liters/100km which is about 20% - 25% more than with gasoline. At home I notice oil spots in the subframe, rear wheel and swingarm. Engine breather hose was dripping oil. That has newer happened before. I try to keep my bike as simple as possible and that´s why I have not made any catch can before. More than extra gadgets I hate oil on the frame or rear wheel, so I made a catch can: There is drain screw on the bottom.

Last summer when I using gasoline in my bike there was some heat issues. Especially when riding in town. This summer with E85 it has been difficult to get engine to normal temperature. I bought the Mocal oil stat, which I modified a little and installed it to frame tube under #1 exhaust: Because I blocked one outlet from the oil stat I made t-piece in the "oil in" line: Now the engine oil by-passes the cooler before it has warmed up to 80 ° C

Today I finally get this bike to dyno. It made more power than I expect, 204.8 hp and 173 Nm. Not too bad with 0.56 bar boost!
