So HX40 you can compare with GT35. Thank you, Alex! But make only sence for dragrace for me. And also for dragrace could be that it´s to big for that old 1100 engine (?).

I would say an 1100 is going to struggle to generate anything near the exhaust flow to turn that turbine anywhere near its efficiency points. Admittedly my TD04-16 hybrid is a bit small but it peaks at about 9k with a 1460cc engine blowing through it - not low boost, well in excess of 1.5bar for 370hp. It might go better since I up'd the injectors from 8 x 205cc to 8 x 325cc - but will have to wait a bit to get it back on the dyno.

This turbine with a reserve for the future. According to the characteristics, it is comparable with Garrett 35. But it is significantly cheaper and more reliable. In Scandinavia and Finland are very many such holset 35-40 put on a motorcycles, they work perfectly.
Yes, I agree, the standard engine head is not very good. At its motor I plan next year to install big valves and make Ports channels. Volume in my engine 1340.
Any idea how to increase the rigidity of the crankcase?
