Ayup as standard what should the spacers/washers be like what sit under the circlip on top of the needles as mine have been replaced with nylock nuts Cheers..Pete.

According to the factory manual. Area model E-02 (UK) has the washer under the circlip and the spring seat above it.

Cheers bluedog I had an idea of it being a washer I could just do with an around about thickness as it lifts up the needle.

Bugger ! I thought that 1/2 bike in the shed had a set of carbs on but they're nowhere to be seen. Afraid I can't help you now.
