I'd have clocked the core back an 1/8 of a turn and used a 45 deg fitting................I always look for the easy way out! Rajays aren't super critical on drainage as long as they aren't flooded with oil. Just think Clive - get this lot running then transfer it to my old donkey engine and run it on dope - it'll fly!

Hope to squeeze a 45 deg in there Ian just did not have one to hand when hacking Machining the alternator.... Donkey motors on 40 mm Trons at the min.....but now there's an idea......

Ok then fitted the gixer loom to keep it simple for spares and fault finding etc..... Sorted the plumbing out and added some super-pi55 and its a runner sounds sweet
But lot of oil on the exhaust side....maybe to much oil going to the rajay....
