But lot of oil on the exhaust side....maybe to much oil going to the rajay....
-8 or -10 drain? I use a -12 from my T2 but that's designed for proper oil pressure - the Rajays definitely suffer in this respect. You really need volume as opposed to pressure - guess thats why they work well on the older roller bearing'ed motors?

Drain is -8 Ian which was ok on the air cooled lump but as you say pressure could be the issue....so tried a restrictor "125 Main" in the feed but still oil in the zorst... Fruit loop recons the stagger ring smiley-shocked029 is the prob.....so will do some of the other minor jobs and then chuck bike in van for a trip to FBM on Sat .... the teas always good

Thanks Jon Minor update after some last min dot com work to sort the turbo by fruitloop..."Dave you are a Fucking Star " Having not even ridden the bike arrived at the Bulldog late thursday afternoon and was early in the queue for Les to scrutineer bike for RWYB.....on the ride up the return road to sign on clicked it into 2nd and ooooh thats a nasty noise as rolled off the throttle...... so ##ck it its go to come apart anyway so just did one run double shifting to 3rd so was not on boost but soon spooled up and put on 39Mph in the 2nd 1/8th to go 120 @ 15.something ...... So at the moment the motor is upside down in the garage as i strip an ex little paul bandit bottom end for the box......"another big thanks... " maybe some Pics later .................

Later so a couple of piccys...
Transferred the gears from the bandit output shaft onto the 1100K output shaft...and fitted the bandit shift forks ..
Then chucked it back in there ..bolt it all up in the week as need ex gaskets and still need to find tacho wiring fault

I've got staggerd rings in my td04- hl16t and guess what still had oiling issues it's sometimes a fine line to sort an oiling issue! Back pressure helped me in the end fitted an end can and this gave enough , pressure to seal the staggerd ring, I was happy after that.
