Update: Got it running after a small problem: Was flooding out left hand carb and would only idle if you even thought about the twist grip it would Cut out. After stripping the carbs to check float hieghts and refitting with no change. And here's the bit that will make you laugh! I had Linked the Two overflows from the carb so there was a biuld up of air pressure so the float wouldn't rise. took pipe off Yippee! So running quite the thing, All seems well Battery was getting Hot as i had relocated it under the tank i was thinking it heat from the engine "i'll need a heat shield!" (quite fancied one anyway, and great excuse, seen them advertised years ago as Cool air boxes with Yoshi logo on them, sadly NLA.) Checked the battery and found it was getting overcharged, 18v across battery, regulator Gone. Onto Auction site of choice: One Alternator 20 Delivered, can't argue stripped it to check brushes they were quite low so just changed regulator in to my one. Quick Paint i know it look the right colour in the Shop what can you do, by the time i'm finished it will be all the same colour anyway. Popped it back in Quick test all OK! Another Job Done! (Now I need another excuse for the HeatShield!)

isn't "wanting one" a good enough excuse?

Trying to sort out the fairing. Made some mirror braces not going to fit mirror but will help with the fragile Fairing Ears you may have noticed i missed a bit it easier to know which side is which and due to previous repair not needed Was going to get some nice Stainless or alloy Fairing screw but went for Number plate screw instead to save Money. Mids and Lowers: Bits missing and a few cracks Out with the drilled some holes to stop them getting worse gave it a clean up Onto the missing Piece Marked it out Cut and Shaped Old Screwdriver and Blow torch, Not great but will do

Looking Back at the Cbr600 Cartridge conversion i Came up with a cheap solution along the lines of Cartridge emulators Stripped out old system: Crude valve system operated by eclectic motor. Cbr600 Rebound Rod Gsxr Fitted Stripped Cbr600 Valve took it off rod Chose type off valve 3 or 4 port Rebuild shim stack fitted it had to adjust the shims stack till i got it to where i want it "just the static", see what it like on the road.

Teething Problems: One of the Anti Dive tops has sprung a leak, had to remove fork leg, and re-mate the surfaces, some wet and Dry and a smooth surface, back of tap and dye box. not much needed on body, Cap needed a bit more work All back together again. can now see major problems adjusting the shims on the 20mm cartridge valve implant, will have revisit front damping situation at a later stage, almost got all the parts together for a Cbr600 front end swap, but will see how things are with present setup, and decided from there. Another JoB Done. Ps. Thanks for the comments guys, I Know its not a Major modification thread with loads of money thrown at it, but thanks for following it.
