Well it has to be new when it's fresh out of the tube bender! There hasn't been much progress with it lately, but the header just needs welding to be finished. There are only tack welds holding it together in the photos. Once it's ready, I'll post more pics.

This didn't came out like a usual exhaust, as my mate's building a fighter, but anyway here it is: I would have liked it more when built in classical way, but it didn't go on my bike and still looks different. And more importantly, self-made.

Nice work , are you going to start making some? Not keen on tailpipe but like the 4-2-1, part. Dts This is the first one. As long as the tube bender stays at the firm I'm working at, we could make more of them. Only tube sizes are limited. Those in the picture - the first 4 tubes are slightly bigger than standard 1100, middle and end pipe are 50,8 mm OD. I hope we can make 1 more (or even 2) for my bikes, I'd like to have a 4-2-1 for the 1100 and 4-1 for the 750. Let's see how this goes. I'm thinking that fully welded headers aren't that good, we must think of some kind of slip-on joints in the middle.
