Low boost - stock will be fine. If you start leaning on it move up from 9's to 10's

When everything is tuned correct, there's shouldn't be need for any special sparkplugs. I'd rather look for some more powerful coils like IGN-1A or from Chevy LS2.
Sometimes iridium sparkplugs can dry quicker when one has problems with tex. flooding carbs, but even then the main problem is somewhere else.
