Time to continue my building topic as I finally managed to found this "backup" forum. Suzuki GSX-R 1127 turbo with MS3 fuel injection. At the moment the tank and fairings are getting new black color

The ecu burned 1 year ago. This winter I changed the ecu to: www.autotune.fi/tuote/370/atdriveboard-sytytyksen-ja-ruiskutuksen-ohjainkorttiMotor is still same. Öhlins rearshock, rearheck reinforcement, new black lines for brakes and clutch, Ducati 848 clutch maincylinder, RC8 brake maincylinder, Auber instruments EGT-meter, some minor detailing, K3 1000 front fairing + K9 ledmirrors (quite terrible fitting job..). I could post more pictures on weekend as I assemble the tank and fairings on.

A quick story what has been done in last two years. In 2011-2012 the engine had to be built almost from scratch. I changed to B12 oilpan. Here's a picture of differences Hayabusa pistons (and rods) were put in ultrasonic cleaner just for sciencefun Plenum got it's runners. The rings were made by hand from axle-> spring-> cutting-> rings as one can clearly see
Four waterinjectors directly before valves 4 clutchsprings and 1mm shim under the bolt
Hayabusa/GSXR COP's
Bananaswing and Proboost bolt-on extensions welded. Will need a 2min modification but very easy to do. A very good book about fuel injection and my most important coffee mug straight from Paddington Will have to buy a new one at some time. K9 Led-mirrors for K3 front fairing. A tip from TL-planet, but with wrong mirrors. I think pre 2008 are more easier. Note if you're buying ones. I will post later a picture where the mod can be seen. New clutch and brakelines Some minor updates from CMSNL A quick paintjob for the calibers and new dustshields Turbo is from Lancer Evolution, TD05HR-16G. Should be capable for 380hp at maximum which is quite enough for me.
A little reinforcements for cases Boostcontrol solenoid and fuelpressure sensor

10h today working and finally it's almost there. Shakedown tomorrow and still some minor things to do. Tank's paint wasn't fuelproof unfortunately, so I'll paint it again in near future.
