Amazing build, really. It must be a time consuming job to get all the parts for efi, put it together so it works and tune it so the bike would run... but the opportunities it will provide and carbs don't, hmm.

Wild touring and tuning. 1bar boost at max now. I was worried that my clutch is slipping but found out that it was only the rear tire Ooh yes - I know what you are talking about You still have this 4 springs inside? What about lock up?

I still have the 4spring+1mm shim clutch. It should be capable for that notorious 400hp I've heard.. I had some troubles first with Ducati maincylinder, but now it's working fine.

I have Setrab STD 613 oilcooler sidemounted with AN6-fittings. Oiltemps are approx 89'C when 100kmh and 20'C weather. I think it works quite well. I haven't tested it in rushour. www.setrab.com/racing-products/proline/Type STD 613 D 50 mm L 330 mm H 99 mm

Thanks for that! Are you still using Arturo's ignition pickup system?

Thanks for that! Are you still using Arturo's ignition pickup system? Yes and actually at some time there will be spareboard. It's intresting to see how long the board will stand hot oil. If I would now have empty motor cases in my hand, I would weld the hole behind the triggerwheel. I don't see any point why there should be oil at all. I had problems when logging during ride to my laptop from Tunerstudio. Connection was every time OFFLINE when I stopped to analyze logs. Partly as a joke, I made this today and.... ALL connection problems gone. Maybe I have some serious noiseissues from AFR-meter or ignition amplifier. This was very cheap (2,50 EUR) mod to do

You need the hole to drain the oil from the plain bearing on the right hand end of the crank? Cool about the pickup!

rushhour - don´t think about it. I have a series 9 Setrab (405mm) 19 rows with 1/2" lines and GSXR1100 oilpan. I little bit stop and go I have 120°C easily. When driving never more than 90°C also when it´s 30°C outside. You have space for I fan - I would mount one if I were you.

KTM has a kit for EXC-line and it seems to be almost bolt-on Thanks m4sterguru for your comment. Yes it almost was fade to black. It has been quite a job during these years. Every time something has broken, I've fixed it and at the same time implemented (..for yet unknow reason) something new. I would now do it another way..

I remmenber, you had a bad luck at the start, the engine decide to melt , wonder why Afterwards I've thought that it must have been pure stupidity and very delayed ignition -> pressure to exhaust -> exhaust valves "flowing" -> valve knocks piston -> motorschade! It's very nice situation right now, as every day I can make some minor improvements to bike and it gets better day by day to drive. Waterinjection should be implemented before any major dragracing or dynosessions. Solenoid and pump is missing. I will possibly add one small additional injector before compressor wheel. The pressurepipe goes also too close the exhaust and new one should be made at some time. Now approx 640km and still in one piece Registerplate once tried to escape at higway.
