Thank you! It took 7 years to finally end up to dyno I will go back after some minor changes like new reartire Some questions were left open after dynosession regarding the fueling algorithm. I will have to study more if the speed density really is the best or should I move to ITB or blended tables. I think there's still more to come after 7500rpm as soon as we get the grip.

Wow, very impressive figures, especially for not reaching redline. So you are using speed density for control. This normally gives poor low throttle and off boost control. Itb mode seems a little hard to tune without dyno. Alpha-n with multiply by MAP enabled gives a really good option as is it gives a good resolution of tps with real time map reading calculated on top so once tuned it doesn't matter if you change boost value as this is just calculated onto the existing ve table value. You could even tune a motor NA, then add a turbo and use the same tune basically as the higher kpa boost values multiplied onto the ve table will give the extra required fuel. And this can still be easily tuned with ve analyse live as is one table. Anyway, bloody great work, well done

Good results! Where you was dyno testing your bike?

Bike seems to work fine. Bought some new parts for breather when I thought that I had some crankcase issues but no. There was a little oil under the start and generator and I thought that it had some positive crankcase issues. The real reason was that the cam chain tensioner body's bolts had got so loose that it was thicking oil. The connectors are AN10 and hose is nylonbraided. If the hose works fine, I will replace all the fuel lines with that next winter. I really hate the metalbraided as you always get your hands bleeding with it. This is the new water tank. The black connector is Devils own connector for 1/4" hose going to pump. The others are for filling up the tank. Next to the old tank is a temporary solution that was in use for couple of kilometers. I think I will try to replace the plastic with aluminium next winter.
