Very cool project! I'm starting one of my own. Bandit 1200 in a 83 Kat frame and draw-through Mr. Turbo setup. Where did you get the mounts to put the oil cooled motor in that frame? I'm hunting some...

He's using a GSX1400 engine, the mounts are different from the B12 one

on the old board I posted detailed pictures and information about GSX14 engine swaps. I showed the problems with the very large crankcase and output shaft on GSX1100, Moto Martin and Z1100ST Frames.. including measurements.
Nitro: I wonder why you didn't remember..? (beacuase of that discussion in FF..)

Well nearly done, got some emergency extensions built for the forks and put the whole thing together, first short test ride was a bit of a disaster as didn't realise I'd put gear linkage in moto gp mode! ended up going 2nd to 1st!! lol fueling needs sorting still and speedo needs the sensor hooking up, also got a bit of an issue with the tank breathing so going to have to address that too Looking good though if I do say so myself still a few things I'd have took more time on if I'd given myself more time!! lol Oh and the flexi pipe you can see in the middle of the exhaust will be gone soon as it goes to zorstec to be finally fit n finished Steve

Looking fantastic mate. I bet it was a brown trouser moment when you kicked it back into 1st from accelerating in 2nd. Reckon you need some nice white wheels to finish off that clean look
