It looks a bit like a stainless version of an old Harris pipe - how much did it cost?

The header pipes look shorter than on a Harris pipe - does it affect the power characteristics of the motor? What is the weight difference between the stainless and titanium versions?

I had to have the headers a little shorter as the customer asked for the silencer to be shorter than normal, the weight difference is around 3kg

Looks nice...........maybe a bit better welds (not that I can weld better). Headers length effects the torque output, but it is not that simple, exhaust length, muffler demping, length, volume have also effect.

Is the bike owned by someone with very short legs that doesn't go in for much riding round bends? The pegs look really high even accounted for a well padded seat, and from the second picture, the bend of the pipe just before the can looks like it may interfere with ground clearance. It should be a cool looking bike when it's finished though!
How much to make an almost exact replica of a Harris pipe in stainless, but so the silencer clears a wider than stock swingarm? The headers and flanges, and the collector need to be exactly the same as stock.

I'd like to add something here, reading through these posts there are always critics on everything. Dave will for the most part do what YOU WANT and not force his own opinions upon you unless he can see something obviously wrong. I've dealt with many folk in the so called "Bike industry" most of them were not worthy of a repeat visit, I've been back to him for many different things because he has a passion for his bikes and not just some numpty out for your cash. What he produces is good work at a very fair price. Criticise all you like on the angle of this the quality of that, you all have a choice you take it, you pay it, he's only producing what you are asking for. No he hasn't asked me to post anything in his defence, this is just my own personal two pence worth from dealing with the guy. How many companies out there are producing exhausts for these bikes, not many. Sure there are others out there in other countries producing what they do, but when is all said and done, how many BHP are you getting from that 30 year old engine that you can't get an exhaust for as it sits in your shed? Exhaust craft will produce something a little different for you, and that's the point, not everyone has the same bike nowadays from this era, they being moddified in some way or another, so folk like Dave can and will produce something to fit. Why am I posting this you may ask, because I get sick of reading on the internet folk that are first in line to criticise the efforts of others without having first-hand experience of them. That is why things turn to shit in this country, too many folk THINK they know what they're talking about when they only read something somewhere once. Ok off my soap box now.
