think it will be a few weeks before its running carbs need soda blasting and ultra sonic cleaning then re-jetting and tuning clutch is seized so ordered new clutch kit waiting for new battery to come and wiring harness needs work ive got unto 1st april 2015 to get it on the road so no rush at this point

Wouldn't bother spending all that money on the old carbs , worth at least a 100 on flea bay, slap on a set of bandit carbs , 140 mains , lift the needles and maybe up one on the pilots The difference is astounding!!

Nope they fit straight on but your throttle cable may be a bit on the long side , your pipes a bit restrictive too , Harris with race baffles ?

Freed clutch off bout year ago when chain and sprocket was done , just take plates out and clean up , we're in good nick , just been stood mate

i bought new clutch kit just to be on safe side and think baffles have been removed from vance exhaust ive got 3 harris systems 1 ok 2 are rough but like look of vance better think ill stick with efe carbs unto a set of b12 come up cheap with filters

putting the build on hold for abit reason being working on bike from home under a gazebo and with the wet weather its to cold and damp and everything is getting wet so its about time i take gazebo down and build a water tight lean-to of some sort

turns out my usd fork legs are fekked so having to change front end make sense to just use b12 front end instead easyer to do seals and alot cheaper so now on lookout for b12 forks wheel yokes ect

usd front end was fekked so in went mk1 b12 forks and yokes gsxr rim better newer clcoks ktm bars and risers
