Only 20mm longer but no way was the nitron going to fit the standard setup. Thought it might fit the centre stand mount so out came mr angle grinder and mr drill. Cut the two outside centre stand lugs off and the captive nuts on the inside of the middle brackets, and drilled the holes out.

Still this was not going to work either as the bottom of shock was about touching the arm and would have needed really long dog bones. As the new shock was 20mm longer decided to drill mounting holes 20mm below standard one. To get the movment on bottom linkage cut what was left of the centre stand mounts off.

Pic shows a adjustable link at top 2nd one is b12 2 inch jack up 3rd standard b12 and 4th is zx9.
Was thinking of adjustable ones but the shock has a adjuster for height on the bottom of it, so for now will fit the zx9 ones as they are the longest I have.

This is what I ended up with. 330mm nitron shock, 185mm zx9 dog bones, standard b12 wish bone, 2 washers, bottom shock mount 20mm lower.

Back end of bike now sits 1 inch higher than before which is 3 inch above standard so need some normal longer dog bones. Then I can adjust height with the adjuster on the bottom of nitron shock as it is set at shortest setting at the moment.

Guess what, turbo don't fit frame rails in the way both cross bits hit turbo or flange.

Still have to alter the bottom brace but I can now get on with the rest of the mock up for the turbo.
