Ok so i suppose this is the place to start, i picked up a cheap k7 track bike, then started to have a good think, by the powers of ebay the GS750 appeared, i have been looking on and off for 15 years for vehicle the same age as me to restore/keep/play with, so the GS came up a quick vehicle enquiry and wallop date of first registration 22/03/1977 my DOB 29/03/1977 so i had to have it, the k7 GSXR lump is to be rehomed into the GS frame, 1200 bandit front end, K7 wheels/brakes/suspension, Gs tank/bodywork and seat, first job is to get everything in one place as i have bits everywhere, here's a couple of pics of the Gs sporting a monoshocked FJ1200 rear and Harris works exhaust.

So on monday evening I decided to pull the bike to peices and move on all the bits I wasn't going to use until I found this slightly unloved frame in my mates garden

It then struck me ok, I've all the bits I need to build a chop, so wednesday night I removed the bits from the frame I didn't need and rang the soda blaster man to pick the frame engine and harris exhaust up
