All these frankensteins with newer fairings look more or less very weird.
How's the cooling with small radiator? Original item is about 2,5 times bigger than the one on your bike.

the fairing in that pic looks good, anything newer is ugly IMO.

Cooling is fine as far as I'm aware I haven't had any issues I do however need to reconnect the fan as the wires been snipped and the bracket on the Rad has snapped and is held up by tie wraps temporarily until I can fab a bracket or rad holder

The fairing I got from a mate so was much cheaper than if I'd got it new.
Had to do quite a bit of trimming to fit and yes had to make new brackets etc although I have a genuine k7 front headlight/fairing bracket for the front

Think I'm gunna fit k1 - k2 fairings as that model was a little chunkier or just roll with it and see what I can pick up on evilbay but going to fit new top yolk aswell or just use grommets to cover the holes as the one on my bike is a billet custom one not the OEM

Bad earth connection maybe? Tried making a second earth straight off the battery, nothing Fuse was still intact I've changed it but it's not changed anything I've been reading on a few threads and they talk about a breaker switch that's tripped out I've searched for it but can't find it. I'm waiting for a mate to bring me his multimeter so I can test it

Never seen that breaker switch on any of the watercooled GSXRs. However, I know that oilers had these somewhere under the battery and it did act as a main fuse.
I'd suggest checking the smaller wires that come from the big ones from the battery. And their connectors. If you had lights, dash but no spark, I'd blame the sidestand switch relay - which also fucks up sometimes.
