Right, well decided to shelve the original Kat as I was waiting for parts, so got on with the GSXR engine one. This was over Christmas, built from parts from other projects over a 3 year period, all needed inspecting and messing with to fit, still on the build but going away with work so has stalled again

At this stage the GSXR WM/ WP bars wee mouted on top of the yokes which was a good riding poition, but the forks were dropped in the yokes so everything as too close to the wheel, its all different now, bars below the top yoke but Im thiking now of changing the front end to RWU gixxer fork or GIXXER USD forks to mak like easier

This is an £8 Suzuki GN125 filler cap which fits the Kat tank, its a tad smaller but cheap and functional, same as GT250X7 / SP 370, also some Chinese custom 125's - Hyunio, Lexmoto etc...
