Todays update Took the frame out to do a little quick mock up to see if things fitted like they should.. It's funny when everything is all apart, you almost feel like you don't have a bike, only alot of stuff laying around.. And when you start the assembly, you're like ooh yeah .. I solved the problem with the r6 shock which had 12mm bolt holes, without making a whole new bushing, photo included.

Evening fellas
So, I got some new nice stainless steel bolts for the exhaust, and went over all the threads in the head.. Everything is nice, and consider myself lucky since many of the old bolts were pretty stuck.. Well, not completely lucky, one of the bolts had the head broken off..... First I tried welding on a nut, but my little co2 wasn't capable of producing enough instant juice, so the nut didn't get a good grib.. So center punched the bolt and began drilling.. Didn't manage to drill the hole center, so had a half moon of the bolt still stuck in the threads.. Tried to punch it free, no chance.. Drilled some more, and ended up with a 10mm threaded hole.. I thought that I would need to drill the hole 9mm for making a 10mm thread, but as it turns out, you have to go only 8,5mm.. So a 10mm bolt is catching the threads, but has some wickle.. Bought a 10mm threaded bush, and added some metal epoxy to both the threads in the head, and on the bush, to hopefully fill the small gap in between the threads.. will see how that holds up tomorrow....
Im frustrated that I didn't got the bolt welded at a shop, and got the head heated, so I could save the original thread.. Im considering at some point getting the hole alu welded, and making a whole new 8mm thread..
Anyway, does anyone know if this metal epoxy thing can hold up to the heat...?
I will have some pictures tomorrow of the result guys..

As some might have read in the soft brake thread, I managed to crack the foot brake console plate thing when attempting to bleed the rear brake.. Bought a complete one which arrived today, but in the package I found a sidestand instead.. Talked to the seller, and he had misunderstood, he did say he wondered how I managed to crack the sidestand But he was very kind and told me I could just keep the sidestand, and he would send the right one tomorrow. So hopefully I'll get the bike road ready by thurday.
