cool looking bike that.
we know they're not the best choice in motor to most, but for us, there is something realy special there that needs to be explored. The headwork will be done by one of the UK's finest head guys, the rest of the motor work will be done between us and WarpSpeed Racing, we're hoping for well over 200bhp aspirated. Now my own bike is nearing completion ill be starting the motor so will soon find out what its made of.

What cc are you looking at.
The PTR motors all run 1620 but a local Suzuki petrol head tuner has spoke of nearer 2ltr on his project.
I have a K8 model 14 and I follow this with interest.

We're looking at around 1700cc for parts availability, altho from my research ive heard they can go 1808cc fairly easy so we will see.

That would be good, and very interesting.
I've seen the 1620 "Mr Muscle" bike that RAPID magazine had built and it was very useable and user friendly on the street. I don think what your chasing is ridiculous. As a "bolt on" tuned motor the inlets / throttle body's are always the brick wall but if your re-doing those your into a whole new world.
Mine launches OK but then can't hold a candle to my Busa or B-King, been looking into all the options for quite a while.
Very interested in where you going with this.
Fingers crossed for you.
Tony.
