It's not the 'mainland' it's another Island, just bigger than ours. Just like in New Zealand they call Australia the "West Island". Welcome to group therapy by the way.

Been made very welcome to the old skool site by many.....so many thanks to all. Tell you what I have noticed though......everyone seems to be snafflin a few bikes into their garages! and it takes all I got to keep the Mrs convinced that mine shouldn't be sold to pay for....the holiday....finishing the extension,......going toward a better car......sending the kids to uni....etc etc f~*#,n etc!!! without everyone tellin me to "grow a pair" (which I tried but she didn't like).........what's the secret??? smileystick

our "old piece of shit bikes" are worthless, it's no use selling them.
It's what my wife thinks anyway.

Welcome in m8, nice gixx, +1 here for that answer I am loving that slabby! It was what I was specifically looking for when I found my L years ago. There must be a way to more bikes whilst retaining the wife........or just more bikes!

I'm REALLY lucky, my mrs loves bikes, especially old ones ! My mrs not so keen......when I got the gixer, It had the standard twin seat for pillion, .....so got her the leathers, the boots, gloves, even a helmet! We went out once, she hated it, I sold her gear a week later for next to nothing and put a single seat on it.....and that was it! I might struggle for more bikes!
