Probably, these flanges for standard exhaust manifold. On yoshimuras and others, the pipe diameter more about 35-38mm

These flanges are for 33mm od header - I think best diameter for street turbo 8)

Thanks guys. I will be going with 38mm as it is simply what I have.
just out of interest, how do you guys make sure there is a good seal onto the exhaust gaskets? i would imagine that either the pipe i use has to match the diameter of the gasket in order to get a good seal or i would need a lip to protrude from these flanges. What have you guys done?

For the header to exhaust port the original Suzuki gaskets and for the Turbo flanges common steel gasket for this turbo.

I used a company in Sheffield for EFE 38mm clamps. Places do have a minimum order charge but you can always sell the extra ones easy on here I would think. I'd buy a set. Company name is Charles Day and think we had to spend a minimum of £80 but got enough clamps for 8 bikes. A guy at work did the dimensions on a CAD program in a way that the company could be emailed the dimensions and put onto a memory stick and plugged straight into the machine so they had no programming to do. Worked for me. If you need any help he may me able to do some for the bandit/GSXR as I may need some in the future. Let me know if your interested. Dave h

What have you guys done? Best way is adding a thicker outer bit of pipe from the gasket end of the manifold pipe about 35-40mm long (ie so it will project 5-10mm outside the port) then the flange will slide up to it and clamp the whole assembly tight into the port and squish the gasket! I think 38mm is about the size of a GSXR port so the above may not work!
