So, i forgot to mention the solution, the man i went was wrong, i called the supplier where i've bought the kit, he told me to go smaller! Like 10 or so, bought 127.5, and it was spot on!!!! Burning rubber!!! Happy man here But now.....i've bought another one, a gsx1100 es 1983, and i would like to remove the box too, so i have a question. Is it possible to only remove the box of the airfilter and mount one big filter instead, has anyone tried this before? Yes I have done this in the past & it was quite common back in the 80's to do it. It worked fine & gives a little more mid range power than using the pods. You would still need to mess with jetting though. Nick
