Hello and thank you for accepting me into the forum. I'm a fan of older Suzukis. From north east Lincolnshire and currently ride my 97 b6, its not technically old skool I know but it's my daily all year ride and it does me okay. My dream is to one day build a nice Gs or gsx. I'm a big fan of Paul Morris Gsx turbo. Unfortunately at this present time I've two young kids and a crappy job so until something happens its just a pipe dream....unless someone wants to donate me a frame Anyway, I've enjoyed reading all the threads and looking through the builds and just wanted to say hi.

New lamp unit all fitted. It looks loads better now the doms are off. Massive thanks to gsexr for sorting me out. Once I started pulling back the wireing I found loads of twisted together wires and dog shit connectors left right and centre so had to spend some time soldering and heat shrinking it all up. The added bonus is that now the resistors for the led indicators are properly soldered in they don't flash like a disco anymore. Does anyone have any tips on setting the headlamp at the right angle or is it a case of pointing it at a wall when it's dark and guessing?

point it on a wall, and when you move the bike 5m backwards it should shine 5-20cm lower on the wall. That's how I do it and never failed an MOT.

Thanks for that captain. I will give it a go when it gets a little darker.
