Thats a 750 DOT head from a 88/89 j/k, or a 750 tpot, not a 1100,

As above, it works a treat on a 1100, if you have the 1100 cams even better, increased compresion, power gain. Them go for 100/150(£€),was it cheap?

The dot head cams are the same as the 1100 ones, the should have a "b" stamped on thecend, can't quite see the end of yours

I've done 3 X 1200 bandits with DOT 750 J/K heads and cams bolted on and they all made 125+ ( 128, 126, and 125 IIrc) rwhp straight away on the dyno....cheapest bolt on power available, First one I bought was a complete engine with shagged gearbox for £50

lol well that's answered that what about on a slab 750 engine..would changing the cams make a difference...I know there are performance cams available but what about just fitting later model cams??
