Hello four bangers,
Joined as I am rebuilding a RG500 and need some info on a front end swap I plan to do.
Will do a search to find out the best way about updating my aging anti dive forks.

Will stick some pics up tomorrow. I think I have some on my PC at work. Its not complete and still needs a bit of work, but fires up ok and sounds good with the Nikons.

Original Skoal Bandit. She's a bit more complete than these photo's but not on the road till I sort out the front end. Forks are pitted and need replaced or or re-chromed, or a new front end.

like that , are you going to have the original skoal paint re done ? good luck with your build I prefer Pepsi/Lucky Strike colours, but gonna keep is Skoal Bandit. I'm going to try and avoid a costly re-paint, and just touch up the chips and give it a good polish. |

Do what I've done get the stem taken out of her yolks and get it put in a r6 bottom yolk and get a top hat spacer made use the later 06 upward forks |
