My workshop this morning, currently working on four bikes: 1 - RGV250 VJ22 chassis, 147bhb Dent motor, R7 Front end, VJ23 Swinging arm, Marchesinis 2 - RGV250 VJ22 chassis, Standard RG500 motor 3 - Spondon RG570, +150bhp Dent Motor, Daytona BHP shootout winner, Marvics, White Power forks, AP's etc. 4 - Nico Bakker RG500 XR45 Racebike

any pics of the 150bhp motor on the left hand side im using tmx carbs on mine but with billet cases ive got clearance probs any ideas cheers stu

Hi Stu The first picture shows a cutout in the generator cover and a wedge under the carb rubber to fit the left rear carb. The second picture shows what it looks like with the carb fitted. I am wirking on making a smaller generator for bikes with no lights fitted, which should allow the carb to fit better. Dave

I tears me to cut into the billet cases im going to see if my engineer m8 can make a new one up where did you get the wedge made to fit the inlet rubber . im interested in using a tzr rotor on my gamma but its hard to get the bits cheers for the pics
