Hi I bought this well spec'd but visually challenging RG500 with aim to create something a bit more in keeping with original paint and rear seat. Keep you updated with progress!

Cheers for the welcome!
I am going for a gamma blue and white scheme, with a one piece grp rg500 race style seat unit. Thinking a proper set Renthal bars, Vapor dash, twin lamps set lower and some proper bespoke brackets... Oh and replace levers with ISR and crf 1pc rear brake m/c. And not forgetting an OSS sticker!
Seat unit and mudguard sold to a guy to put it on a Tiumph flat track rep

Hi and welcome.
Let me guess: you're from Scotland? Since it rains all the time in the second pic.

Is it just me or does it look like a 2 stroke bandit?? How much was it if you don't mind me asking given people are asking £10k plus for a mint stock one.

Welcome in fella, you can go wild with your plans, just no worries for sacrificing the original bodywork.
