Hello from Leeds.After owning Gsxr's in the mid nineties I have decided to get myself a slabside to restore.Eight months on and progress so far! Bike was purchased in yellow and have put it back to original blue and white!

Yes mate I bought it from fleabay from a lad in the Carlisle area about a year ago.I have done a lot to it as it needed bits and bobs sorting on it. Pipes and collector were rotten so I fit the 1000 k1 downpipes.I wish I knew the history of the motor as it goes like stink!Lad that had it before said it has a piston kit in it but don't know until its been on a dyno! Certainly goes a bit.

is it still a 1052 motor or has it had a 1127 upgrade.......... look,s nice anyway a friend of mine was going to buy it ? but wont travel for anything too tight ha ha enjoy the site it good to have another slabby member on here.  |
