The wife bought them, Once they're in the cupboard it's hard to resist. In my work it's a real test of willpower having a van full of chocolate bars and crisps, I do it though each day. Phd protein bars help curb the chocolate cravings. Pringles are a rare treat, I've hardly eaten today. I'm no Jason genova, (you've got to see him on YouTube) 6yrs and no gains lol. I took a pic in the mirror the other day and thanks to the lighting I looked ripped lol Got to drink loads of water now to prevent a hangover

My recent engine out was intact minus the alternator Cheers P4ddy, will be keepin' mine intact but for alternator too (that's already off), wuz gonna tear the top end apart but it all seems fine to me.. haha, famous last words as it seizes up doin' the ton on the A1 smiley-sick030 i use a trolly jack on my 11 eng,s which are easy too do ? 750 are harder as no cradle to remove......... big ball,s every time ? Thanks Dave, lookin at gettin' a trolley jack to put the motor back in but will remove it the hard way... least the cradle seperates so should make it easier... I dunno, only ever taken motors out of the old style cradle frames so not sure what's involved. Don't know how big balls help with gettin' an engine out?... best top mine up with saline tomorrow smileywtf

Early morning ride out cancelled for tomorrow, so I'm now drinking a glass of red and enjoying the moto 2 and 3 re runs! Oh and I've taken Saturday and Sunday off from being up to my armpits in resin and fiberglass, close enough to a holiday in my book It's meant to be raining tomorrow. Work in a body shop do you? No I work in the surfboard industry producing polyurethane foam, but do repairs and restorations of surfboards as private work. If its useful I also do, bike fairings, carbon exhuasts, err boats, camper roofs.... basically anything fiberglass. A few weeks back I widened a mudguard for my mates X7 renovation, the one he bought off fleabay was 11mm too narrow, so I cut it in half and added the 11mm he needed! Its interesting work, but its sticky and itchy and I'm told the fumes stink! That doesn't bother me though, I've lost my sense of smell after all these years .
