Good lad quazi is be a shame if he's gone Trouble with this kinda thing is that old skool bikers especially, are a bit... how shall I say it, "anti rules and regs". I think it wuz P4ddy who mentioned that a sub forum where non-OSS stuff can be discussed would be a good idea... had there been, I don't think we would've lost Quaz'... anyway, just sayin'.. don't wish to create a fuss over it

Dogs pretty good at keeping folk out of the yard (and shed) Bit possessive about strangers in his territory which suits me.

He's not huge, but he's smart, sneaky, and hard as nails.. Early settlers dogs couldn't stand the heat or the distances out here. A Pommie bought out some tougher working cattle dogs from the UK and crossed them with semi-tame Dingo's. He seems to have two obsessions in life. Eating bread and chasing Possums..

I understand the benefits of a new forum being more focused, but not sure it will suit me either. I personally don't see alloy framed, USD forked, mono-shocked bikes as being more "old Skool" than my oil cooled, steel framed, twin shock GSX1400 and as its one of my passions it's a shame its not welcome. Perhaps it shouldn't be vented in this thread but seeing as the others are locked it hard to have an opinion, if I'm allowed one? i know.... "Like it or leave"... LOL

there already is such a section. It's called facebook. But that's not a sub-forum here is it Captain C... besides, I thought the F*ckbook page had closed for business? Whether it's a good or bad thing that there isn't a truly general chat area on OSS, is open to debate. We could have a members poll on the subject but there was obviously a reason for not including one in the first place!. I just hate to see a good member go, one who joined in and posted regularly. Anyway, I know when to STFU and realise I'd better do so now before I lose my license

Time to lock this thread I think, before it turns into another shit-fight.
There was no reason at all for quazi to leave. But it's his choice, so be it.
