another bit i did tonight. the rear sprocket is roughly 8mm too far outboard, however the wheel is central. i cant take that much out the sprocket carrier, so i'll make an offset front sprocket to move the front out instead. tool: like so: wizz wizz wizz done need to dig out an output shaft and make a welding jig.

welded as little thing onto the wastegate to stop the gas burning the engine paint. getting the hang of this metal gluing business then machined the plenum front plate which fits onto the tb's started forming the other sides and welding them on and in place the plenum and throttle bodies will be pulled into the head with 2 tie rods on each side which will anchor on the head.

bit more on the pressure piping winds up through where the shock would have gone and into the bottom of the plenum this sounded like a good idea in my head.. not sure if its mint or gash.

just a little job tonight. i need to wire the map sensor, iat sensor and finish the boost piping, then i can fire it up. hopefully saturday.

new chain and dash because ive offset the front sprocket, the chain hits the slave cylinder when you try to fit the sprocket cover. need to figure that out as well tomorrow.
