oilcooled engines are not heavy once you've tried to lift an EFE engine.
Or a Triumph Rocket III engine (ask me how i know)

I still don't get how anyone manages to remove the engine from the frame.

the Rocket III made me f*cking angry then I removed the carbs from an EFE and I felt a lot better after such an easy job

Lol. Well, my GSX motor went pop, so I'm half contemplating an oil boiler conversion... Was curious how much lighter the GSXR motor was... ~10 kg is nice, but I dunno...

I guess I bought the wrong size slabby You don't have the frame separation, you will have to lift the engine till the sump clears the frame low side section and then use the trolley jack, it is for sure less easy on the 750 but on the other hand you have more space

i use the jacks for frames that aren't cradle in design? like slab by/slingy. with these oil boilers i take everything off the frame and engine then lay it on its side, right hand down after removing the frame spar. you can then easily and slowly manipulate the frame off the engine
