Years ago when bought my GS 1000 the twin shock aluminium swinger for the GSX was all the rage to fit. I decided to mnoshock mine. The question is, s there a difference between the swingarm fitted to the 1100 and the 750 ? Have included drawing of similar swinger

Katanas use the same swingers as far as I know. Both models' swingers are just the same.

Katanas use the same swingers as far as I know. Both models' swingers are just the same. Yes, but on the regular models the 750 was fitted with a swingarm made from round steel tubes.. Also the spindle diameter (and corresponding holes in frame) was smaller..

Cheers guys it`s the box section aluminium one I have so at least can identify it now, just got to find it and give it a clean to check it over been in storage for about 18 years !!!

swingarms are the same, only difference is the bushes in the bearings and the spacer inbetween.
