When we did mine a few years ago we buggered up a genuine Suzuki tool and it wouldn't shift. In the end a local engineering firm made a heavier tool up which worked but the rotor came off with a noise like a pistol shot, luckily there was no damage caused

In the end a local engineering firm made a heavier tool up which worked but the rotor came off with a noise like a pistol shot, luckily there was no damage caused I made my own rotor puller a while back, but the threads are getting weak/worn.. So these to be hardened steel really in order to cope with the enormous force..
