Can anyone tell me what the RPM Limit is on a standard 1987 GSXR1100H. Red on the clock? Is it 9500.

If the Slabbies are like the Slingshots, the tacho over reads by a thousand or so at the top. The Slingshot 1100's rev limiter is set at 10,900 (sometimes 10.8 k revs on some), but the standard tacho will show close to 12 k before the limiter comes in. As has been said, I think the limit is 10.5 k revs on the earlier 1100's. After market units are normally much more accurate. Handsome bike by the way Kokolis !
