But the real final edition katana (model year 2000) has different front brakes, black engine and black wheels.

ok then, heres a pic of my re-released second last edition katana. Happy now? It was termed final edition when it was re- manufactured. It is a 97 and as there are reputeldy only 200 final edition kats, with different brakes, you are unlikely to see any on this side of japan.

1100 final edition Kats were produced (for Japan only). But still it's a very nice bike. What are the plans for it (suspension upgrade, oilcooled engine, turbo)? *runs for shelter*
