Did the pearl black EX which was only available for '81 come with the two tone blue decals?

Thanks for the links, I had seen those when I had a Google. It list the paint colours, the tape/decal colours and the tape colour combinations but it doesn't say which tape colours were used with what paint unfortunately.  |

If i'm right when you read the list the main colour is first then the stripe options under them, have another look you will see what i mean
